Wolves Esports is the roster number 9 to have now qualified for the Six Jönköping Major, one hour after Team BDS reached the Six Major and four days after Wolves qualified for the 2023 Six Invitational.

Team BDS took care of business and has secured a spot at the next Jönköping Major after defeating G2 Esports on play day eight of the European League.

The Frenchmen earned a minimum of one point for a minimum of 17 points by making it to round six versus G2. With just one game remaining, they are at least four points ahead of NAVI and Heroic in fifth and sixth position and cannot fall below the top four.

Team BDS, who are now in first place in the European League, are the first team to do so in Europe. They will attend the event together with TSM FTX, Soniqs, Spacestation Gaming, Mirage, CAG, SANDBOX Gaming, and Dire Wolves, with the other eight teams to be announced during the next week.

This outcome was the very minimum that BDS could have achieved after the team missed the Berlin Major, the first major international competition since its EUCL debut in 2019. In reaction, BDS changed coaches and replaced Adrien “RaFaLe” Rutik with Théo “LikEfac” Mariano.

Thus, the Wolves roster will compete in their fourth consecutive Six Major after placing 9–12th in Sweden and Charlotte and reaching the quarterfinals of the Berlin Major.

They will encounter BDS from Europe, TSM, Soniqs, SSG, and Mirage from North America, as well as CAG, SBXG, and Dire Wolves from Asia, when they arrive in Jönköping.

Rogue, MNM, NAVI, and Heroic will be the final two European League teams present, with the first two rosters holding the advantage going into the final playday.
